Anna and Ben’s wedding day moved through some of Chicago’s most soulful venues; the lush greenery of Garfield Park Conservatory, to the intimate elegance of The Emily Hotel, the chic energy of The Hoxton Hotel, and the cozy atmosphere at Canal Eatery.
A Day Full of Genuine Moments
From the anticipation of getting ready to the late-night celebration with friends and family, their day was rooted in staying present and fully experiencing the day with each other and their guests.
I Photograph in a loose editorial style with a documentary approach. Think 90% unguided moments that are photographed with intention, care and artful approach; mixed with 10% artful direction. This allowed their story to unfold naturally with candid laughter, big ‘so happy for you’ hugs, and those subtle in-between moments that carry the most meaning.
